About Me

Hi, sweet friends. My name is Emily Richards. I am a child of God, a wife to a real life superhero, and the mother to a precocious three year old, a sweet, sick baby that died at four days old from a genetic disorder, and our newest, tiniest miracle currently causing my belly to expand ever so slightly. I am a lover of Jesus, sweet tea, and school supplies. My profession is Algebra teacher, but my passion is writing and candle making. Our family is currently building our hobby farm, Bull Bay Farms, from the ground up starting with a candle company for funds and few chickens for fun. We will be adding a blueberry orchard and a hobby garden this month, so stay tuned for the updates. I look forward to sharing my random thoughts and exciting discoveries through this thing called blogging.
